Dell XPS Faults We See Most Often

Plugged in but not charging. XPS laptops charge over USB-C, so a worn port, a faulty charger or a failed charging circuit on the motherboard can all look the same. Try a different Dell USB-C charger and another port first. If neither works, the fault is usually on the board, which we repair at component level rather than replacing the whole motherboard.
